Focus On What You Want #selfhelp #selflove

It isn’t always easy to be on top of your game all the time.  Everyone runs into challenging moments in life and everyone deals with those difficult moments differently.  It’s all based on a combination of life, experience, knowledge, friends, family, and experience.

I know that I’ve had my fair share of challenging moments in life!  At times, I didn’t even know if I was going to make it through.  Somehow I have made it thus far.  It’s mind boggling and it’s a relief.

I’m not a doctor, nor am I an “expert” but I have had some success in recovering from my challenges in life.  What I’ve learned is that by being happy, enthusiastic and driven it will spark a passion within you to propel forward.   In order to move forward, there are a few things that we can do to help ourselves:

1.       Brainstorm  – if you’re not sure of what sparks happiness for you and/or what you really are passionate about then you should set aside some alone time and actually think about it.  By spending time thinking about it, and/or by exchanging ideas with others, you might end up discovering something of interest.  You might even get to try that special something … that special something that interests you!!!  

2.       Think Back – Has it been a while since you last felt passionate about something?  Have you lost that feeling?  Think back to what you were passionate about ? Perhaps when you were a young adult?  Whenever it was, you just have to focus on making it a part of your current life once again!

3.       Have You Tried Making a Bucket List? – This suggestion seems easy for some, and for others it can be extremely difficult.  Whichever it is for you, just try making a list of all the things you want to do but have not yet had the opportunity to do.  Feeling excited? You should begin feeling some excitement about the potentional of doing some of those things you’ve always wanted to do … don’t forget to cross each one of them off of your list once you do!
