-Start with 2 – 3 teaspoons raw oats (not the pre-cooked type), crush into smaller bits by hand/in grinder
-Add more honey as needed
-Add 1 drop of basil oil to the mixture
NOTE: For problematic skin, you can replace the basil oil with tea tree oil to help the healing process along.
HOW TO USE: After washing face, pat dry, and apply this sticky mixture in circular movements. Be gentle and avoid the eye area. Leave the mixture on for about 15 minutes and wash off with warm water.
It is a messy skin treatment; however, the results are excellent and it’s an economical DIY skin care treatment.
