It’s Shrove Tuesday! To help you use up your ingredients and indulge, you can try making these perfect pancakes:
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 eggs, medium sized
1 1/4 cup of milk
Pinch of salt
1) Use a fork to beat eggs together.
2) Pour flour into a bowl, and make a well in the middle.
3) Place eggs into the well and whisk together.
4) Gradually, add the milk.
It’s best to place the mixture in fridge for minimum half hour.
When you’re ready to make your pancakes:
Rub some butter on your non-stick pan and allow to melt on medium heat. Pour a ladle of your pancake mixture onto hot pan, and when it begins to bubble flip over and fry other side until done. Each ladle will make one pancake. Continue until entire mixture is used.
Pour syrup over your pancakes and enjoy!
