This month is especially difficult for me.  As you know, my mom recently passed away … I can definitely feel the effects of #BlueMonday this year!  Regardless of how it is affecting me, the fact that people feel down, during the month of January, is not unheard of.

  1. I tend to be a homebody in the winter. Much too cold and miserable for me to go out. I sometimes need to force myself to go out and see people, but once I am there, I truly enjoy myself and am so glad I went out.
