This recipe takes all of 5 minutes to prepare so you might want to try it right now … it’s easy, easy, easy!
1 can (540g) chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp coriander ground, and 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven 400 F°, then prepare chickpeas by patting them dry with paper towels. Toss chickpeas with all ingredients and place in single layer on baking sheet. Roast for 30-35 min, or until golden and crisp.
Roast in centre of oven, and gently shake sheet every 15 min.
