You start losing flexibility at the age of five. It’s crazy but it’s true! There’s an easy solution … when sitting for 30-45 minutes, get up and do a few stretches.
With a few simple stretches you can improve your range of motion. Stretching can improve your performance, get your heart pumping and blood moving, relax muscles, and prevent injuries. Keep in mind: to prevent nerve-damage don’t over stretch.
Fortunately, women are more flexible than men. It’s just natural but don’t take it for granted. If you feel pain. Be gentle with your stretches.
Remember: if you have any health issues or injuries, ask your doctor.
I have MS and pushing away the laptop and getting up and moving is hard but you feel so much better
I don’t know what it’s like to have MS but I do have Degenerative a Disc Disease and movement helps a little.
Thanks for the reminder! I hate waking up feeling stiff but it seems like a daily thing now.
