For almost 40 years, Dawn dishwashing liquid has played an important role in rescuing more than 75,000 animals affected by oil pollution in the U.S.

Independent studies have shown that Dawn is actually the safest and most effective solution for cleaning oil off animals, resulting in a natural partnership with wildlife centres such as the International Bird Rescue (IBR) and The Marine Mammal Center (TMMC). Most recently, Dawn was able to help ducks in the Toronto area who were affected by an oil spill, ensuring many were returned safely to their natural habitat within a few days.
