#Clarins #Spa with @hydraSense at @theRitzCarlton with @melissagrelo @kathparsons #hydrasense #breatheasy

Lucky me was recently invited to breath easy at a spa retreat!  That’s right, Melissa Grelo (co-host of CTV’s The Social) and hydraSense® sent out invites to join them on May 13th, at the Spa My Blend by Clarins at the Ritz-Carlton, located on Wellington St., West, Toronto.  We were joined by several other bloggers, and by Kathy Parsons, Lolë’s ambassador and yoga instructor.  How could I say “No”?

After a wonderful moment of carefree conversation of getting to know one another, we learned about staying connected to the breath, and joined in a demonstration yoga practice class, followed by a wonderful massage.  I loved the reminder of taking time to de-stress and care for yourself.

What does mucus do other than irritate you?
Mucus is actually a defense mechanism that traps particles you inhale and then sends them to be destroyed.
When you have allergies, the consistency of the mucus changes, making it difficult to clear the pollen and spores that trigger your symptoms.

Why Choose hydraSense®

Tip 1:  Breathing easier
If you’re struggling with nasal congestion due to a cold or allergies, a neti pot — such as hydraSense® NetiRinse®— could be just the thing to help you clear your nasal passages.

Tip 2:  Releasing tension

Restorative yoga helps you relax and rest completely, holding postures for long periods of time thanks to blocks, bolsters and straps. It’s the ideal solution for stressful times.

Tip 3:  Save money

Dolphins Club members get EXCLUSIVE coupons and partner offers all year round… visit hydraSense

Recently, both my daughter and I caught some kind of bug or something.  All I know is that we were both quite sick.  I’m so happy that I had a sample of hydraSense® Allergy Specialty Nasal Care which helped to relieve the nasal congestion and sinus pressure we were both feeling.

The hydrasense® Speciality Care line is from a hypertonic solution, which means it contains a salt concentration higher than the salt content in our bodies. This gives hypertonic hydraSense® the power to provide natural-source nasal and sinus congestion relief with no rebound effects. To create this range of hypertonic solutions, 100% natural-source seawater is desalinated at the laboratories until it has the equivalent of 2.2% and 3.0% naturally occurring mineral salts and trace elements for adults and 1.8% for children’s more sensitive noses. The hypertonic hydraSense® solutions include: Allergy, Eucalyptus, Congestion Relief and Congestion Relief Kids.

hydraSense® Allergy Specialty Nasal Care

hydraSense® Allergy relieves nasal allergy symptoms such as nasal congestion and related sinus pressure, without medications! Trust hydraSense® Allergy to help eliminate those mucus-trapped allergens and help you breathe better.

Hypertonic, undiluted, sterile, 100% natural-source seawater, desalinated to 30 g/L (3.0%) equivalent NaCl and rich in mineral salts and trace elements naturally-occurring in seawater. Does not contain medication or preservatives.

  • Relieves allergy symptoms such as nasal congestion and related sinus pressure
  • Eliminates mucus-trapped allergens that can cause allergic rhinitis
  • Prevents and reduces allergic rhinitis symptoms and reduces the use of oral antihistaminic drugs
  • Facilitates better breathing

  1. I think I should start using Hydrasense, I quit smoking and my nose is more congested and full now than when I did smoke and it’s really starting to annoy me!!

  2. I have heard of this brand before but never tried it. I suffer from seasonal allergies and rely on meds to help control them and perhaps should look into more natural methods. Will check this out!

  3. Hydrasense is new to me so It’s always good to read a review which then helps me decide if I should buy it. Thanks for sharing your thoughts 🙂
