City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division Photo Contest Ends 30/09

The City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation division is currently running a photo contest. Until September 30, 2014, interested contestants can submit pictures of their experiences and memorable moments in Toronto’s parks, urban forests, natural environments and recreation spaces.

Photos will be judged by Kristian Bogner (world-class professional photographer), Dr. Roberta Bondar (professional nature photographer and Canada’s first woman astronaut), and Moses Znaimer (founder & CEO of Zoomer Media Limited). Prizes include a Nikon D3300 camera and camera bag with an approximate retail value of $1,079, and Nikon CoolPix AW120 cameras – thanks to Nikon Canada.

You’re invited to participate in the photo contest. Help spread the word:  ask people to “snap and share their parks, forestry and recreation moments.”
