Freda’s Voice echos at My Bits and Bleeps!

I’ve decided to be a little different.

Over the past year, I’ve gotten to “know” many bloggers online, through a variety of social media vehicles.  There are many bloggers who are very talented, others are very helpful, and many who are very sweet.  Freda, of Freda’s Voice – blog, happens to be one of those bloggers!  I “met” Freda online over a year ago through an online social community.  Often we would comment on each other’s page, and sometimes even continue commenting almost like an ongoing conversation.  I grew to enjoy Freda’s comments.  When I discovered that Freda had started her own blogs, I ventured into the BLOG WORLD to see what it was all about.  It was this initial contact with the BLOG WORLD that got me hooked!  Shortly after, I began my own blog and haven’t stopped since!

Freda and I continue to support one another today.  I’ve read many of Freda’s reviews, admired many of her pictures, and enjoyed many of her poems.  Freda is a very talented lady, and is very passionate about life; which is why I thought it would be wonderful to feature her right here on My Bits and Bleeps!  I hope you enjoy her work, as much as I do!

A Canadian Métis mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend to many. Living each to the fullest, taking her camera, pen and notebook everywhere she goes. Accompanied by her furry companion, Ewok.

Broken love
Broken future
Everything is lost and broken.

Broken pride
Broken promises
Broken from the beginning.

Broken heart
Broken life
The world seems torn apart.

Broken body
Broken down
Now to start a new beginning.

  1. You made me cry, this is really beautiful and gracious of you. Thank you for being a wonderful friend, and I love your blog too!

    I’m speechless. Thank you.

  2. Freda, I didn’t know you were a poet! This post has given me a little more insight about you. I’ve read throughout this last year some of your posts but I don’t always leave comments. Will try to do so more often.

  3. Thank you to Janet Ruth and Laura for the wonderful comments.

Sorry I wasn’t commenting sooner. I am quite grateful to know you all, and am humbled by your kind words. Thank you all for your support and love.
