Coffee Body Scrub:
Do you want to have beautiful, glowing skin? The solution is easy, and can be quick to prepare! A homemade body scrub is just what the doctor ordered.
Remember …
- I am NOT a doctor; make sure you test each treatment on a patch of skin first
- I do not endorse any of the suggested treatments
- if you choose to try any of these suggested treatments, you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK
- My Bits and Bleeps will not be held liable for ANY outcome of ANY of the suggested spa treatments … you are invited to do your own research prior to trying any treatment.
All you need to do is: mix 2 cups of coarsley ground coffee, 1/2 cup of sugar or even sea salt, and 2 – 3 tbsp of massage oil.
That’s it!
Take your normal shower and then apply the body scrub all over … use a circular motion. To improve circulation, use massaging motions towards the heart.
Rinse well, and pat dry. Remember to apply body lotion to lock in moisture.
All the spa treatments you need are right there in your home and cost a fraction of the price of a day spa. Using all-natural ingredients also means you know exactly what’s going onto and therefore into your body. So, what are you waiting for, get the girls round and give yourselves a do-it-yourself spa day.
I have never tried this scrub before, but I am very curious.
I have tried espresso coffee grounds as a face scrub last year and left in on my face and added honey to it and left it as a mask. My skin was glowing after, I have never used a store bought face mask that made my skin feel that nice.
