Hello, and welcome to the first post of a We Can Wednesdays. Two days ago, one of My Bits and Bleeps’ regular readers made a suggestion that I thought was splendid. Thank you Mer for suggesting we have a place to where we can all meet, where we can offer support, where we can share tips, recipes, and anything else that would support a healthy life.
We’ll have to take baby steps … I’m not knowledgeable about health so I wouldn’t recommend taking any suggestion offered here as the “final word”. If you should have any doubts or concerns with your health, please consult with your doctor. With that in mind, I would recommend slowly phasing in any “changes in your life” so that you give yourself enough time to adapt. In my case, I have legitimate back issues, I will only exercise (as instructed by my doctor) up to the point I begin to feel any pain.
I’m hoping that this new category becomes an important weekly space. Here’s hoping that it’ll offer support to those that seek it. I look forward to meeting you here each Wednesday.

Monday I walked – 7865 steps – but it was so cold.
Tuesday I only walked – 2879 steps.
