As member of The Maple Leaf Connects Product Testing Panel, I sometimes get treated to ‘goodies’! This time around, I was really treated to a wonderful treat! Receiving a KitchenAid® Architect® 4 slice toaster was thrilling!
KitchenAid® Architect® 4 Slice, One-touch motorized lift control Toaster with LCD display with digital progress bar, extra-wide 1.5 inch (3.8cm) slots which will accept the thickest bagels, breads or pastries, adjustable shading control which regulates browning of the toast, and a TOAST/CANCEL button.
It’s a gorgeous toaster, works wonderfully, toasts my bagels perfectly, and blends into my kitchen quite nicely.
BUT …
The purpose of all this is to try Dempster’s® reformulated bagels! Cinnamon Raisin is my favourite – not much can be done to change that – but I like the others as well. In my opinion, toasting them to perfection is key. My daughter, the “Bagel Beast”, loves to devour Dempster’s® Bagels any opportunity she gets. Yes; she’ll help me make up all the fancy bagel sandwiches I want but she prefers to have them just toasted with butter.
That’s all fine with me. I’m just happy that she’s eating Dempster’s® Bagels … just the fact that she’s eating, makes me happy! It’s been quite challenging to get my picky daughter to eat anything. I say: Let’s raise our glasses and toast Dempster’s® Bagels!
